Community Centre Parkade and Centre in the Park Parkade:

Rates and times:

• First two hours free parking - Register licence plate at the pay stations all times
• Additional time: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday - $2 per hour or $10 per day
• After 5 p.m. on weekdays, and all day weekends and holidays - $2 flat fee

Community Centre Parkade hours of operation:

• Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Saturday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Centre in the Park Parkade hours of operation:

• Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 12 a.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.

EV Charging Station

Charge your car while you’re visiting the area. Located in the Community Centre underground parkade, close to the P1 public elevators.

Two stalls available:

• $2.50 per hour to charge your vehicle
• First two hours free parking. Additional time is $2 per hour. Register licence plate at the pay stations all times.
• First come, first serve.
• Level 2 chargers (240 volts/30 amps) provide an approximate 35 kilometre range per hour of charging (6.2 kw /hour charging). The charging station shows ‘hours to charge’ as it varies per vehicle.  A full charge would take 7 hours for an average smaller car to charge and 13 hours for bigger vehicles.

Parkedin App

Paying for parking is easy! Starting August 26, you can download the Parkedin app to pay for your visit or register your licence plate in both parkades.

• Look for signs with a scannable QR code throughout the parkade.
• A $0.35 service fee charge will apply to all paid transactions. Free parking sessions will not have a service fee charge.
• You can enjoy a more user-friendly experience! Pay stations are also available.
• Download the Parkedin app on Google Play or the App Store. Please note that the Zone ID is 1602.
